The Raleigh Amateur Radio Association Inc. (RARS) is a non-profit corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We gratefully accept donations in support of our mission to provide education in the field of radio communication techniques, including obtaining amateur radio licenses, and to provide radio communication in times of disaster, emergency, and civic need.
