One of the most rewarding aspects of being an amateur radio operator is helping other people get into the hobby and become competent and considerate radio amateurs.
You can do that by helping to teach a licensing class through your local ham radio club. You can also become a Volunteer Examiner and help administer licensing exams.
And, finally, you can become an "Elmer" -- an experienced radio amateur who helps new hams with whatever their fields of expertise are.
